About Us
Perfectly Produce focuses on primary prevention efforts utilizing whole foods based meal plans that increase diet quality and modify portion sizes. The concentration is on functional weekday cooking and simplifying the meal preparation process, thereby, facilitating greater compliance to dietary recommendations advocating significant increases in current produce consumption.
Perfectly Produce also provides education throughout the recipes by highlighting essential nutrients and potentially disease preventing bioactive compounds present in the whole foods used as the basis of each meal composition. The goal is to keep nutrients in the context of nutrient rich whole foods versus the isolation of these nutrients through supplementation.
Perfectly Produce is an inclusionary company welcoming alliances and feedback from all agencies, companies and individuals providing dietary and food information or products to consumers. We understand there are differences in interpretation of research and are confident that the application of our interpretation will contribute to the underlying goal of all – to redefine the Western diet.
