“Teri, Thank you! I have enjoyed Perfectly Produce so much! My family and I have been eating more fresh produce than ever before and with way less stress and work. I have a family of four although two of them are very small (2 and 3 years old) and I doubled the first month’s bulk cooking. This month, I have enough left over from last month that most of my bulk cooking is already done! Our grocery savings this month should definitely reflect that. I recently got home from vacation and realized I had no bulk cooking to do for that week! My meals were ready in the freezer to be thawed! All I had to do was grab some fresh produce and a few extras at the grocery for breakfast and lunch. “First, a huge thank you for putting together these meal plans! While I’m not a big fan of “resolutions”, one of our goals this year is to improve our eating habits. All the nutritional information can be confusing and hard to figure out how to incorporate into life and your plans make it SO much easier!  We are just getting started – doing Week 1 of the Winter plan. Getting started has been an effort, but I’m expecting it will get easier with time. I’m fortunate enough to have time during the week to do some of the prep, so we don’t yet have to do it all in a single bulk session (although we plan to get there eventually).  Have to add rave reviews of the two dinners we’ve had so far. Both the Chicken Pomegranate Salad and the Cheesy Beef Skillet dinner were amazing! Very generous portions and both managed to work in produce we’ve not had very often in a very tasty way. Again, a big thank you for all the effort you put into making these plans! They incorporate many of the ways we were hoping to improve our diet and, unlike some other options, don’t rely on sugar substitutes.”

“I really feel like this successfully walks the tricky line between outlining the structure that I need to be successful and becoming too complicated.  It looks just right.  I can look at everything briefly and understand what I need to do when, and the details are outlined very clearly for me to reference when I need them.  These recipes are really interesting and SOUND fabulous – yet not complicated.  Awesome.  I love that you point out what is more important to buy organic.  That is really helpful.  I love that you tell me when to shop!  This is going to help me break everything up into more reasonable chunks – typically I wait to shop until I’m hungry for whatever it is I need.  Add cooking time to that, and I am full up on chips or something stupid before I can actually eat a square meal.  I love the tip sheet.  It pulls it all together and makes it simple and unintimidating.  Thanks so much for doing this for me.“
