
Teri Rose, MS, LN
Teri is a licensed nutritionist through the State of Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice. Licensure in Minnesota requires completion of 900 internship hours and a Master of Science degree in Nutrition. Teri holds a Master of Science in Research and Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
As part of her graduate training, Teri led a research study looking at the various factors that affect chronic inflammation in our bodies and the diseases it contributes to. She also completed culinary training to learn how to use whole, natural foods to heal the body.
Before going into nutrition, Teri worked in the publishing industry and personally experienced the tremendous effect that chronic stress has on our immune system and overall body health. She recognized that chronic stress also affected the health and productivity of her colleagues, family, and friends. She became committed to better understanding the biochemistry behind stress, immunity, and inflammation in hopes of helping others naturally strengthen their own bodies to reduce the chances of chronic diseases and decreased quality of life.
