Meal Plans
Perfectly Produce provides meal suggestions for Monday thru Friday meal occasions including breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks. The meal plans are created utilizing all three types of recipes developed for a particular month including on-the-go, weekday-fresh and bulk.
An important distinction with our meal plans is that you won’t see new meal ideas or recipes for every meal occasion every day of the week. Rather, we coordinate the bulk cooking sessions with our meal plans so that you have “made-ahead” items ready to go for one, two or even three meal occasions.
We keep track of how many portions each bulk recipe makes and provide suggestions of how and when to use them throughout the month. We also make the assumption that two adults will be eating the portions for dinner and adjust how many meals one recipe will make accordingly.
Our meal plans and recipes are flexible. If you have more people eating at one meal occasion, our bulk recipes can be easily doubled. And if only one person will be primarily following the suggestions, the recipes can be easily cut in half; or better yet, freeze the remaining portions and enjoy even less cooking.
