Moving through the program
New CARE Steps (units) can be accessed every two weeks upon completion of step activities.
Completing a step includes:
Reading the provided materials and work on the goals outlined
Completing the Let’s Practice Activities
Asking CARE Nutritionist, Teri Rose, your specific questions as you go
Practicing applying the information into your current lifestyle
Check your member dashboard often for program related news, announcements, and messages. To access your dashboard: click on your username in the upper right corner of your screen —> select Dashboard.
And most importantly… remember to have fun! If the program ever starts to feel overwhelming versus exciting and doable – you must let me know. Initially feeling overwhelmed can be common as your mind tries to fit new changes into your old patterns for making them, but trust that that old patterns can be overwritten with patience and practice. In other words, with CARE.
Please Note: Individual Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is not provided in CARE group settings. This includes review of personal medical history and nutritional diagnosis. Members can purchase Individual Consultations for MNT services separately, as needed.
